We offer our rental apartments across Fully Furnished & Serviced options for Short Term Rentals. You don’t have to go through pesky landlords, brokers and agents. And security deposits are also very nominal. Below are the starting pricing / rentals of our properties in Defence Colony –

* Studio Apartments – Start from Rs 2,900/day
Studio Apartments are independent homes with Double Bed, Bathroom, Couch seating and Kitchenette.

* One Bedroom Apartments – Start from Rs 3,900/day
One Bedroom Apartments include a Bedroom with Double Bed, Bathroom, Living Room with Sofa seating & Dining Table besides a full Kitchen & washing machine.

* Two Bedroom Apartments – Start from 6,900/day
All Two Bedroom Serviced Apartments consist of 2 Standard Bedrooms, both with Double Beds and attached bathrooms, Living Room with Sofa seating & Dining Table as well as a fully loaded Kitchen.

* Three Bedroom Apartments – Start from Rs 8,900/day
The Three Bedroom Apartments spread across 1800 sq ft consist of 3 Bedrooms, all with King size Beds and ensuite bathrooms, Living Room with Sofa seating & Dining Table besides a fully equipped Kitchen.

IMP – Some Apartments in Defence Colony have a minimum monthly stay requirement.

Electricity is always charged extra for all rentals and billed on actual meter usage.

If you opt for Furnished Apartments, you will NOT get facilities provided in Serviced Apartments that include Cleaning service, Linens, WiFi Internet, Tata Sky TV and/or Washing Machine. Kindly confirm with the Sales Team for all inclusions as well as exclusions of Defence Colony Apartments.
